Shipping
When will my Golf Gift Basket/Box ship?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekend, and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note there may be potential delays due to high volume of orders around holidays.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
The Golf Gift Basket offers multiple shipping options at checkout. The method of shipping chosen will determine how quickly the gift will be received. The Golf Gift Basket include tracking codes after the order is placed to keep you up to date on where your package is!
I have not received a tracking code.
Orders are delivered from us to the courier within 3 business days. If you have not received a tracking update after 3 business days, please send an email to info@thegolfgiftbasket.com and we'll help you!
My box says it was delivered, but my recipient never got it.
First have the recipient take a quick look around, there’s a chance that it was misplaced somewhere on their porch or accidentally at the neighbors. But if according to your tracking it says it’s delivered but the recipient hasn’t gotten it, check with their carrier and shoot us an email. We’ll do our best to try to locate it through the courier and go the extra mile on our end to pinpoint its location, but unfortunately there are those rare situations where it’s out of our control such as a package being stolen or lost. For those instances we recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’ll do the same!
I want to change the shipping address but my order already shipped!
Once an order has shipped we are limited in what we can do. Our suggestion would be to reorder a new gift for your friend and once your initial gift has been returned we can offer you a refund.
How do I ship multiple gifts to different addresses?
On The Cart Page please use the additional text field called "Order special instructions" to add additional mailing address, and the quantity that should be sent to that address.
If no text is added to "Order special instructions" then all gift quantities will be sent to the primary address indicated on the checkout page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest.

Can I pay for faster shipping?
Yes! We now offer multiple expedited options at checkout.
Help! I put in the wrong address!
Please contact info@thegolfgiftbasket.com immediately for address changes with your order number, recipient name, and correct address. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped we will accommodate as best we can, however there is no guarantee.
Can I schedule my order to ship on a specific date?
You cannot currently schedule your order, but the in the future there we hope to offer it as an option.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Due to our quick turnaround time our window of time to cancel orders is very small, we might not always be able to cancel orders but we will try our best.
Refund and Return Policy
Return to sender or return due to wrong address input?
We’re sorry to hear that your package didn’t make its destination. When this happens the package is routed back to our fulfillment center which can take several weeks. If returned, our support team will reach out to you to discuss the following option:
a. Refund the cost of the order upon receipt minus the shipping costs.
b. Reship to the correct address. In this case you will be required to pay the new shipping fee, and once done we will send out the order.
My gift was returned to you - now what?
Any packages returned to us by the courier with an error code resulting from a wrong address (unclaimed, no such number, insufficient address, etc.) are refunded to you (the customer) immediately.
You will be notified via email & the return will appear in your account within 5-7 business days. Any questions or concerns regarding this policy can be directed to info@thegolfgiftbasket.com
When is my order considered lost?
Our policy is to wait 16 days from the last tracking update before we can consider a package to be lost in transit. This allows the courier to work through any possible shipping delays due to inclement weather, increases in shipping volume, etc.
If your order has not had any tracking updates in 14 days, we will happily reship it for you at no additional cost!
