My Husband Loved This

These days it is hard to surprise my husband with a unique gift. We are in a day and age where we tell our spouses what we want for Christmas, and we have lost that excitement of opening a gift where we don't know what is inside. I took a chance on this gift box, and I admit I was nervous when my husband looked at me confused and asked "What is this?". I admit I know very little about golf and tend to only buy things for my husband off his "list". So I was afraid he wouldn't like what was inside. When he opened it I saw such a genuinely heartfelt smile to be surprised with golf treats that he didn't ask for. He had a kid like giddiness discovering all the stuff in the box, and he just stammered "this is brilliant, thank you". He particularly loved the Positive Support Golf Ball, he kept giving him a squeeze like it was a stress ball and said I need this guy on the course with me. I am so thankful for this gift box, and being able to surprise my husband at Christmas with something different. A massive 5 stars for me, thank you The Golf Gift Basket.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

I have not received a tracking code.

Orders are delivered from us to the courier within 3 business days. If you have not received a tracking update after 3 business days, please send an email to info@thegolfgiftbasket.com and we'll help you! 

My box says it was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

First have the recipient take a quick look around, there’s a chance that it was misplaced somewhere on their porch or accidentally at the neighbors. But if according to your tracking it says it’s delivered but the recipient hasn’t gotten it, check with their carrier and shoot us an email. We’ll do our best to try to locate it through the courier and go the extra mile on our end to pinpoint its location, but unfortunately there are those rare situations where it’s out of our control such as a package being stolen or lost. For those instances we recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’ll do the same!

I want to change the shipping address but my order already shipped!

Once an order has shipped we are limited in what we can do. Our suggestion would be to reorder a new gift for your friend and once your initial gift has been returned we can offer you a refund.

How do I ship multiple gifts to different addresses?

On The Cart Page please use the additional text field called "Order special instructions" to add additional mailing address, and the quantity that should be sent to that address.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest.
