The Only Gift My Dad Has Ever Loved!

My dad is an avid golfer, and every year it is a challenge to find him a gift he will actually love. As a proud Irish-American I thought he would like "The Lucky Charm". Well the gift exceeded my expectation. I have never seen my Dad more excited for any gift I have ever got him at Christmas. He loved the Irish theme, and just had to slip on the club covers right away to make sure they fit, and then proudly showed them off to me like a kid who received a new toy. This basket was so helpful in finding golf gifts my dad was actually was happy to get. Highly recommend this golf gift basket as a gift for dad, especially if they are a proud Irishman.

I have not received a tracking code.

Orders are delivered from us to the courier within 3 business days. If you have not received a tracking update after 3 business days, please send an email to info@thegolfgiftbasket.com and we'll help you! 

My box says it was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

First have the recipient take a quick look around, there’s a chance that it was misplaced somewhere on their porch or accidentally at the neighbors. But if according to your tracking it says it’s delivered but the recipient hasn’t gotten it, check with their carrier and shoot us an email. We’ll do our best to try to locate it through the courier and go the extra mile on our end to pinpoint its location, but unfortunately there are those rare situations where it’s out of our control such as a package being stolen or lost. For those instances we recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’ll do the same!

I want to change the shipping address but my order already shipped!

Once an order has shipped we are limited in what we can do. Our suggestion would be to reorder a new gift for your friend and once your initial gift has been returned we can offer you a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest.
